These Terms govern your access to the public marketing website operated by DigiDue LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Paid software, implementations, and managed services are governed by separate agreements.

You may use the Site only in compliance with law. You agree not to damage our systems, attempt unauthorized access, abuse automated scraping, introduce malware, or misrepresent your identity on forms.

Site content is owned by DigiDue LLC or licensors. “DigiDue” and related marks are trademarks of DigiDue LLC. Other product names (including AppFolio, Salesforce, Clio, and similar) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only as text examples of third-party systems.
3. Information you submit
You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit confidential health records, full payment card numbers, or government ID numbers through general marketing forms. See our Privacy Policy.
4. No professional advice
Content is for general information and marketing only. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice. DigiDue does not replace licensed professional judgment.
5. Third-party systems
References to third-party software are illustrative. They are not claims of partnership, certification, or a pre-built integration unless we expressly confirm that in an engagement.
6. Disclaimers and liability
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGIDUE LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS (TYPICALLY ZERO).
